Founded in 2025 with a registered capital of 17.65 million yuan, Lianyungang Jiangshan Shensi New Materials Co., Ltd. (“Jiangshan Shensi”) is jointly established by LDZ NEW AOSHEN SPANDEX COMPANY LIMITED and Shandong Zhengu New Material Technology Co., Ltd. Located in Jiangsu Lianyungang Economic Development Zone, the company focuses on the R&D and production of supramolecular polyurethane urea (SPU) new materials, committed to becoming an innovation benchmark in the global elastomer materials field.
Relying on the cutting-edge technology of the National Colloid Materials Engineering Technology Research Center of Shandong University and deeply integrating the more than 30 years of material production experience of the Spandex Company, the company has built an integrated “industry-university-research-application” innovation platform. The core product, SPU material, achieves a perfect combination of high strength, high toughness, corrosion resistance, self-healing, and other properties, combining the rigidity of plastics and the elasticity of rubber, filling the gap in the domestic high-end elastomer materials market. Four major product matrices have been formed:
1) High-Toughness and High-Strength Elastomers: Suitable for ultra-precision fields such as artificial tendon medical implant devices.
2) Variable Hardness Elastomers: Customizable for sports shoe midsoles, automotive shock-absorbing components, etc.
3) Impact-Resistant Elastomers: Specifically designed for new energy battery diaphragms, protective coatings, etc.
4) Tear-Resistant Elastomers: Meeting the needs of extreme environments in aerospace, industrial equipment, etc., covering ten growth tracks such as medical, new energy, automotive, and sports equipment.
With a “R&D-Production-Delivery” closed-loop model to quickly respond to the market, relying on the existing production capacity of the Spandex Company and the continuous technological iteration of Shandong Zhengu, the initial investment of 6 million yuan has completed pilot production. In the future, it will accelerate global layout, expand international cooperation in high-end manufacturing, and promote technological innovation in elastomer materials.
